Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Bespoke/ customized/ made-to-order items can take between 1 to 2 weeks
because they are made on request, especially for you.

We offer free shipping within India. However, an additional handling fee may
be charged for very heavy or voluminous items
Shipping costs apply to international orders. The final shipping cost will vary
depending on the size of the item and location of delivery.

For our customers within India, product prices displayed are inclusive of taxes
and custom duties.
For our international clients, product prices displayed are exclusive of taxes
and custom duties. International orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty
Unpaid) basis and the payment of the same at the time of delivery is
necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If you would like an estimate of transportation costs, you may send us your
complete address and zip code/pin code via email and we will respond within
2-3 working days.

We insure your purchase while it is in transit and until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for items delivered. Once we receive the signature, the
responsibility of your purchased goods passes to you.
If you have made a purchase as a gift, or if someone else is receiving the
goods on your behalf, then you accept that any signature obtained at that
delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.
Please Note:
Order cut-off timings are guidelines only. They do not take into account
possible delays due to various reasons. Therefore, the House of Afsaneh is
not responsible for delays caused by processes such as payment
authorization and customs clearance.


Our return policy is quite flexible and customer friendly. We try to
accommodate our patrons as much as we possibly can and we welcome
replacements in the following conditions:
1. In the event that a wrong product has been dispatched and it does not
match the item selected during order confirmation.
2. In the event that the product is received in a damaged state.
3. Items are returnable only if they are in their original packing and the
state you received them in. We will require you to send any packaging
material that came with the product such as foam or cushioning for its
safe return, even if the product is broken for our reference.
4. In case of breakage during transit, please send a picture of the product
via Whatsapp to +91 707 707 3750 and we shall take care of it as soon
as possible.
5. Custom made/ bespoke/ made-to-order items cannot be returned since
they have been designed especially for you and are not a part of our
regular inventory.
Products marked not returnable cannot be returned.
Products must be returned within two weeks of from the date of delivery.
All costs of return shipping shall be borne by the purchaser.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If at all an order is cancelled after
the shipment process has begun, the individual return policy of the vendor is
applicable and a return fee is chargeable.


We process refunds after the returned goods are received in proper condition
and original packaging. The order total is refunded after subtracting the cost
of shipping and handling in either direction.
The funds are processed within 15 working days after we have received and
checked the returned items.
